Data processed for the interest list
When you register your interest, we store your name, email address, optional organisation, selected audience, language, source page and the time at which you gave consent. We also process limited technical information needed to prevent abuse and operate the registration securely. Brainstorm IT B.V. in Leiderdorp is the data controller for this processing.
We use this information only to send the product and launch updates you requested, record early interest and determine whether a registration falls within the announced discount terms. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Retention, processors and your rights
We keep a registration until you unsubscribe and no later than twelve months after launch. Hosting, database, analytics, error-monitoring and email providers may process data for Brainstorm IT under appropriate agreements and safeguards. Where possible, we use European infrastructure and limit access to what the service requires.
You can withdraw consent at any time. You may also request access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data by emailing hello@supersweepstake.com and stating the address used to register. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
